Published pricing. Per rooftop. No sales call required to see it.

Running a group? See The Group · Why DealSafe: published terms and data-ownership, in writing

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

Is the price really per rooftop?

Yes. One rooftop, one price, all your employees at that store. A group with five rooftops pays five subscriptions at the tier it chooses. No per-seat math, no user counting.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding is video-led and built into the subscription. You should not pay a vendor to learn their own product.

What is the contract term?

The agreement runs 12 months and is billed monthly, so there is no large payment up front. It renews for another 12 months unless either side gives 30 days' notice before the term ends. The gap assessment is free, so you judge the work before you sign anything, and your data is yours to export at any time.

What counts as a rooftop?

One physical dealership location. If two franchises share one address and one DMS instance, ask us on the gap assessment call. We will give you a straight answer in writing.

Not on 700Credit?

Tell us on the gap assessment call. Credit reports run through 700Credit at launch, and more connections are coming. We will tell you plainly whether we can connect to your provider today.

Do prices go up after year one?

Published price changes apply to new subscriptions first. Existing stores get 60 days' written notice before any change. No surprise true-ups, no integration tolls, no data-export fees.

Can I switch tiers or change rooftops?

Upgrades, yes, at any time. A GM can move a rooftop up a tier from the GM login, or ask us, and it takes effect right away with the difference prorated in your favor. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next 12-month term. Rooftops can be added at any time, and each new rooftop starts its own 12-month agreement. Removing a rooftop takes effect at the end of that rooftop's term.

What happens to my data when the agreement ends?

You export your entire Book of Evidence: program documents, training logs, verification records, everything, before the account closes. Your data is yours. That promise is in the contract, not just on this page.

Why publish pricing when competitors don't?

Because you budget in a spreadsheet, not in a demo. And because a vendor that hides the price until the sales call usually hides something else too.

See it before you pick a tier.

You don't scramble. You export.
