Published pricing. Per rooftop. No sales call required to see it.

Price per rooftop per month $499 $699 $999

What this costs, against what it protects.

FTC rule violations carry civil penalties of up to $53,088 per violation. NADA has estimated that running a Safeguards program in-house costs the average dealership roughly $277,000 a year. One fraudulent deal typically costs a store $10,000 to $20,000, and dealers average four of them before detection (Experian). Your tier costs $699 per rooftop per month. That is the whole comparison.

Why DealSafe: month-to-month and data-ownership, in writing

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

Is the price really per rooftop?

Yes. One rooftop, one price, all your employees at that store. A group with five rooftops pays five subscriptions at the tier it chooses. No per-seat math, no user counting.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding is video-led and built into the subscription. You should not pay a vendor to learn their own product.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every tier is month-to-month. Cancel any month. If we earn the renewal, we keep the store. That is the deal we would want as buyers.

What counts as a rooftop?

One physical dealership location. If two franchises share one address and one DMS instance, ask us on the gap assessment call. We will give you a straight answer in writing.

Do prices go up after year one?

Published price changes apply to new subscriptions first. Existing stores get 90 days' written notice before any change. No surprise true-ups, no integration tolls, no data-export fees.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, at any month boundary. Upgrades apply immediately if you need a capability mid-month. We prorate, in your favor.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You export your entire Book of Evidence: program documents, training logs, verification records, everything, before the account closes. Your data is yours. That promise is in the contract, not just on this page.

Why publish pricing when competitors don't?

Because you budget in a spreadsheet, not in a demo. And because a vendor that hides the price until the sales call usually hides something else too.

See it before you pick a tier.
