Built for the F&I office.

DealSafe exists because dealership compliance was written by lawyers, sold by enterprise vendors, and left on the desk of a GM who has forty other jobs. We know, because that GM is our founder. Dallas Tyrrell runs Tyrrell Auto Centers in Cheyenne, the oldest and largest dealership group in Wyoming, and DealSafe is the program he built to run his own stores.

Three rules we run the company on.

Plain English or it does not ship

If a GM cannot repeat a feature back after one read, we rewrite it. Compliance fails in the translation gap between the rulebook and the sales floor. Our job is to close that gap.

Proof beats adjectives

Published pricing. Written terms. Exportable evidence. We would rather show you the artifact than tell you we are "best in class." You have heard that phrase before. So have we.

Dealership time is the clock

Deals happen at 7pm on a Saturday. Questions do not wait for business hours. Support, onboarding, and our own roadmap are built around how stores actually run.

Why we built this.

I run a dealership. Tyrrell Auto Centers in Cheyenne, Wyoming: a sales floor, a service lane that never closes on time, and an F&I office that sends deals to lenders every day. That makes us a financial institution under the Safeguards Rule and a creditor under the Red Flags Rule, the same as you.

Most dealers are not ignoring compliance. Nobody translated it. The rulebook says "designate a Qualified Individual" and "maintain an information security program." The GM hears another vendor selling another dashboard, another contract, another login his team will ignore.

We built DealSafe around a simple observation: a dealership does not need more software to look at. It needs a program that runs. The risk assessment gets done. The new hire gets trained the day she starts. The buyer's identity gets verified before the deal funds. And when someone asks for proof, the proof exists.

So that is what we sell. Not alerts. Not fear. A program of record that keeps itself current, priced per rooftop, on a page anyone can read, on terms you can leave any month.

DealSafe is a young company, but the program is not an experiment. It runs on our own rooftops first. Every feature on this site is one we needed at our own desk before we would sell it to yours. We will earn the rest of the rooftop count the old way: store by store, promise by promise, in writing.
