Dealer Subscription Agreement

The terms of every dealership subscription: the service by tier, rooftops and tier changes, fees and billing, the 12-month term and renewal, data ownership and export, DealSafe's data commitments, security incident notification, and the allocation of compliance responsibility. Each Order Form a dealership signs incorporates this Agreement.
